Way to make two separate boxes stretch to the same height?

Hi, 

I'm a newbie with iReport and I've run into a bit of an issue. I'm also using it for the Follett SIS, so I'm stuck using 3.0.1 -- hopefully that isn't too much of an issue with answering my question. 

I have two boxes on my report that I'd like to be the same height. I have them both set to stretch to the tallest object, but the one on the left doesn't budge when I run the report. Is there a way to adjust the left hand box so that it matches the stretch of the right hand one? I can also attach the jxrml if that is helpful. I just don't know how to make an element depend on another one (and my expression righting is fairly limited).

You might be able to make use of the Stretch Type property. Try the Relative To Tallest Object option.
