Either the text is floating over the image such as layers or the text and image ends up side by side as in columns. Add a text field adjacent to the image, and a second text field below the image and adjacent text field. Of course text will not flow automatically from one text field to the next, so a sentence or paragraph break might be wise between the two text fields.
