How put a Rectangle cover several bands?

I want to create a report about a bill. I think ussing a round rectangle for surround the body of the bill, but I `ve had a problem. In iReport, I dont know as is done for put a rectangle covering the "Column Header", "Detail" and "Column Footer" both. Thus, the rectangle don´t be repeat for all values as if I put the Round Rectangle only in the "Detail" band. Thanks

Lo que busco es, crear un reporte de una factura, en donde la cabecera, el detalle y el pié esten delimitados y rodeados por un "Round Retangle". En Cristal Reports esto se hace expandiendo el rectangulo desde la banda de cabecera, hasta la banda del pié (ocupando tambien toda la banda "detalle"), pero en iReports me escupe un error si hago eso mismo. Tiene que poder hacerse de alguna forma, porque sino perdería muchisimo con respecto a otros generadores de reportes. Gracias

Ttry with Frame.. Take 3 frames for 3 sections . also make 0 border whereever required for it.
