Multi visible column input control layout

Hi, 

I have assign input control as Multi select query. This is the query that I use in input control query : select revision_number, submit_date, comment from revision where revision_type= 2 order by revision_number asc. What I want is I want it to show in multi line for each result that it get from running query beside show as revision_number|submit_date|comment because comment is a few lines text.

Could anybody tell me how to change this input control layout? like where to change properties file to get this result.
