iReport getting Date Field from bean problem

i have to generate my report from a list of bean as a data source, in my bean i have a field of Date Type. 

My problem is that  when i do my Report query and i put the class name JavaBean Data Source -> Class Name-> read attributes,  the field of type Date that exist in my bean doesn't appear, although the other  fields in my bean was all  read.

Can you help me please ?? Thank you.

Should work. Check if there's any error messages. Especially check if the date format is correct.

If you're still having problem and just can't figure it out, try saving it as a String.

i checked there is no error, this is my field declaration in my bean :

public Date stato = new Date();
