When i start tomcat 7 , i receive error below.CaN U help me pls?

hello,

i intalled jasperreports-server-cp-5.5.0-windows-x64-installer  windows 7, i can log in jasperserver successfully.But ,when i import jrxml file to server,the server give me that error.i couldnt solve that problem.can u help me?

I have the same in my catalina.out, but the server still seem to work...
