Missing bounding box(border lines) in textfield

Hi all,

I have a web app and in the web app, I call a function to create a pdf document. In the document, I have a text field with border lines.  The border lines were usually rendered correctly but sometimes they just simply disappeared. Also for the same configuration, the output when I tried in IE may be different from the one that was exported in Firefox or Chrome.

I'm just curious why the output is not consistent just for the same kind of configuration.
