JasperServer - jQuery missing

I just installed a fresh  copy of JasperServer 4.7.0 (64 bit) onto my system. When I go to http://localhost/jasperserver I see the login page fine, however, it is complaining about missing jQuery files. I look at the tomcat/webapps/jasperserver directory and there are jQuery files there but it is a different version that what the login.html file is referencing. Is this a common problem?? How is this resolved?

I saw the same errors after trying to install jasperreports-server-cp-5.0.0-bin and 4.7.0 releases on a CentOS 6.3 64-bit server running Tomcat 6 and PostgreSQL 9.1 and JDK 1.6.It looks like the "bin" releases use out of sync builds which contain references to non-existent javascript files.

I had to download the jasperreports-server-cp-5.0.0-src release and then perform a clean build and deploy to get it to work.
