Alert Message when a record in a list doesnt match

I have created a report that lists records by part number group. What I want to be able to do is, have a red text field that only prints as a watermark when one or more records dont match all others in that group.

For example. I have:

Part     Location    Color

569    A                   Black

569    B                   Black

570    A                   Black

569    B                  Black

 

So in the case above, the water mark "INCONSISTENT DATA" would appear because the value of the part field of the third record doesnt match all others.

Does this make sense?

I am fairly new to ireport, so dont know even how to start the expression in that field
