downlaoding the .jrxml file from jasper server using REST api

Hii all , i need to downlaod the .jrxml file from the jasper server using the REST api. i am using jasperserverreports-4.5.0.

for downlaoding the file i used the following URL

http://localhost:8080/jasperserver/rest/resource/reports/demo_reports/demo_date_time_files/demo_date_time_jrxml?file=attachment

along the valid jsession ID in the header. the header contains the following details

User-Agent: Fiddler
Host: localhost:8080
Cookie: $Version=0;JSESSIONID=5DCD1E60CF4D5D461BBCE992B7064222; Path=/jasperserver

while doing all the things right i am still getting (400) BAD Request error. kindly help me.

Instead of appending '?file=attachment' try using '?fileData=true', e.g.:
http://jasperadmin:jasperadmin@localhost:8080/jasperserver/rest/resource/images/JRLogo?fileData=true
