Change height of label depending on a field

Hi,

I have a field that can have different sizes, the property 'is Stretch with Overflow' is activated so the height of this field depends on the content. I have a 'Static Text' inside a 'Rectangle' next to this field, and I want to modify the height of these elements in order to be equal to the text field.

Is there any property to achieve what I want?
