mygil Posted July 18, 2011 Share Posted July 18, 2011 Hello!I have a problem with the data connection between the Jasper Server and MS SQL Server 2008!I can not create a working datasource!Some of my Installations Steps:1. I installed: 'iReport-4.0.2-windows-installer "(not the pro version!)2. I installed "sqljdbc_3.0.1301.101_deu" -> C: Program Files (x86) Microsoft SQL Server JDBC Driver 3.03. I copied: "sqljdbc.jar" & "sqljdbc4.jar" From: "C: Program Files (x86) Microsoft SQL Server JDBC Driver 3.0 sqljdbc_3.0 eng" -> "C:Program Filesjasperreports-server-cp-4.1.0apache-tomcatwebappsjasperserverWEB-INFlib"4. Restarded the serverHere my data source settings:Driver: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriverURL: jdbc: sqlserver: / / [SERVER NAME]: 1433; DatabaseName = [DATABASE NAME]Username: [USERNAME]Password: [USER PASSWORD]Creating a Report with iReport works fine!But when i create a datasource (http://trdev01:8080/jasperserver/login.html / add data sources) i always get an error when i try the connection! /tools/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/msn/confused_smile.gifCan anybody help me please?
