derekadams32
I'm using the iReport plugin for Netbeans, and I am unable to successfully setup a Hibernate Datasource connection. I added my "hibernate3.jar" to the iReport classpaths, as well as sqljdbc.jar and the appropriate classpath with my hibernate.cfg.xml file. When I am creating the Hibernate Datasource Connection, I click "Test" and the error that comes back only says "INSTANCE" and nothing else. I thought I could possibly be missing one or more other jars in the iReport classpaths, but I added every single jar that my java project uses, and still get the same error. Any help is greatly appreciated.
derekadams32
I don't suspect I'll get any responses, because it appears I'm beating a dead horse on this one. Several other people have mentioned having similar problems with the Hibernate Datasource connection, but no one seems to have found a solution. An explanation from Jasper/iReport would be excellent.
