Excluding One Cell in a Crosstab Total

I have a crosstab with the same items for rows and columns and a total column for each row. I would like to add a new total column (Total2) that is the same as the previous total column (Total)  except to exclude the count where the row item equals the column item. I can't figure out the Expression to use for this calculation. Any ideas are appreciated?

For example

      a   b   c   d   e  Total  Total2

a   1   2    3  4   5     15     14

b   1   2    3  4   5     15     13

c   1   2    3  4   5     15     12

d   1   2    3  4   5     15     11

e   1   2    3  4   5     15     10
