Passing date/time from date picker removes time.

Hi,

We have a chart that reports on items between date/times.

There are 2 parameters StartDateTime and EndDateTime which are of type java.util.date and are initilaised to new Date()

When I run the report it seems that if I enter 10/10/2010 09:00 in the date picker, this gets sent down as 10/10/2010 00:00

Can anyone help?

I want to be able to send down 10/10/2010 09:00

 

I've read that using the timestamp may help, but I'm not sure how to use this.

Can I still use a date picker?

What does it get initilaised to ?
