jackkilian
Hi,I would like to implement a table that print the table header only on a page, when minimum one row is available.Currently I have the behaviour that a table header is printed at the bottom of the page above the footer, but without data.On the second page the table header is printed at the top again, with data lines. What can I do? Grouping?best regards- jk
lucianc
One workaround (not perfect though) is to use a the header of a group that has a minHeightToStartNewPage set. This allows you to specify that a specific amount of space needs to be available on the page in ordere to start rendering the group header.Regards,Lucian
freerider1976
Hi,i have the same problem. I have a report with a lot of detail bands inside. One detail band contains a table. I use a BeanCollection as Datasource. In some cases the Header of the table is the only thing that is printed above the footer. You said it is possible to use a Group and the minHeightToStartNewPage. But i does not have a group ore something. I only have subdataset of Beans. Does the group work in my special case. And how i have to define the group in this special case?
