sdoireport Posted September 2, 2008 Share Posted September 2, 2008 I was using ireport designer to develop my report and I was not be able to display a time series chart before the detail band. If I place it after the detail band like in the "useridGroupFooter" band then everything is fine. If I place it before the detail band like in "useridGroupHeater" band then the chart will be blank/empty.Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. svenn Posted September 2, 2008 Share Posted September 2, 2008 Your chart is blank because you have not iterated though all the data need to create the chart. What you can do is create a subdataset with the query required to get the data for your chart. In your chart component you can then point to this subdataset. Since the query is independent of the generate of your reports main query you can put your chart in any of the bands. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
