rjmacneil
I am trying to setup a postgres data source for jasper server 1.2.I downloaded a postgres JDBC driver from sun called postgresql-8.1-408.jdbc3.jar (I'm using postgres 8.1.2). I've installed jasperserver in /opt/jasperserver-1.2 Where do I put the jar file and what are the correct data source parameters for Driver: and URL: There's a mysql data source with Driver: com.mysql.jdbc.DriverBut the file name of the driver file is ./apache-tomcat/common/lib/mysql-connector-java-3.1.12-bin.jarHow does the file name relate to the driver file name. Did I mention I know little about java? TIA Rod
