multiple subreport

hi,

I am using Jasper reports to develop a report which has 2 subreports, I want the subreports to oscillate that is:-

page 1

Header

sub1:

sub2:

------

sub1:

sub2:

page2

sub1:

sub2:

------

sub1:

sub2:

 

how to get this type of result

can anyone help me

i had a similar report

only i did not have the pagination limitation so i dont know how to do that

 

Create an outer sub report subreport0 and embed subreport1 and subreport2.

ensure you position subreport1 and subreport2 as "FLOAT"

 

Use Subreport0 query to generate values that can be passed to subreport1 and subreport2 via parameters.

 

The parameters should be such that subreport1 and subreport2 return just one row each.

 

The subreport0 query should return atleast as many rows as subreport1 and subreport2 need to display.
