PDF has no bold or italics

PDF has no bold or italics

Hello,

 

My report has some static fileds that are bold as well as some text which is formatted as styled text (i.e. isstyledtext=true) The PDF output does not display these styles. It looks fine when I use the JRViewer in iReport.

 

Any ideas what is wrong?

Hi,

 

For each style there is a specific PDF font to use.

You have to provide a value also for the "pdfFontName"

in your styled text.

Take a look at the "styledtext" sample provided.
