Blank report when using subreport

Hi

I have a problem with subreports.

i try to show a report structured like this

 

MyMainReport (contains a subReport1)

SubReport1(contains subReport2 and have a list as a dataSource )

subReport2 contains two variable wich i update each time in a scriptlet class;

the scriptlet class run well(when debugging i inspect variables and they are right)

The problem is the subReport2 datasource is sometimes

empty, then all the report cames empty with blank page,and when i withdraw the subReport all the lines comes well.
