protected setPageIndex()

Hello there,

 

Is it possible to make this setPageIndex() method protected?

 

We are trying to add keyboard control to our viewer via up/down/page up/home and we need to be able to call setPageIndex() from our extended viewer.

ps, is it possible that keyboard control can be useful to other people?, what is the mechanism to submit changes?

Teodor,

 

At what point will you include items from the Patch area in the main distribution?

 

For example, the Batch exporter has been around for three releases now. When will it be added to the library? What are your requirements for adding something like that to the library? What can we as users do to influence your decision? :)

Hi,

 

You could insist.

:)

 

The problem is that the time I can spend on the

library is limited. So for each new release I try to

include the patches or to fix the bugs that are

urgent.

There are always patches or bugs that get

postponed. I planned to deal with the batch

exporters patch last week, but I did not wanted

to delay the 0.5.2 version for another week.

 

I'll do it for the next version.

Not a problem, I can continue to use the patch until then. I just hate to stray too far from the main distribution.
