Set property from java to report .jrxml

Hi everyone,

Got this issue, i have a report that i set a range of dates and shows me on pdf and excel throught a crosstab the columns of each date that has value. Ex:
 

Jan - 1	Jan - 2	Jan - 3	Jan - 4
value	value	value	value
jan - 5	jan - 6	jan - 7	jan - 8
value	value	value	value

On PDF there's no problem witht his, but on excel, i want to set the property "ignore_width" or set to 0 the property "Column Break Offset", all this on java level, or if it is a way on jasper to specify this i would like to know it too.

I tried to pass as a parameter the property name but no results. Anyone can give me a hint?
