Detail Band iReport

Is it possible to divive the result of a search in the detail band into different blocks or something similar? I mean, just with one query I want to separate the results separated according to the name for example, and make differents tables with them.

Is there any way to separate the results in order to work with them?

In my database i have something like this:

• Parent folder

  
  
  • Folder 1
    
  • Folder 2
    
  • Folder 3
    
  
  
  

When i make my query I filter by the parent folder, so i get all the results of the folders 1,2 and 3.

Is itpossible to separate those results in some way to make, within the detail band, a table with each one of them?

I want to make the query about the parent folder and that I return a folder for each of the child folders.
