Timezone not used when Field concatenated

I need to concatenate a date-field with timezone (converted into String).

When I show the single field, the value changes when I change the timezone in Jaspersoft Studio.

e.g.

01.01.2000 12:00  ->  01.01.2000 13:00

When I concatenate as String (java + or CONCATENATE function) I get the original date without corrected timezone.

e.g.

Date: 01.01.2000 12:00  ->  Date: 01.01.2000 12:00

If there is no direct solution, is there a workaround to horizontally align the single date-field right to the variable(!) text field?
