Summary Across Multiple Pages

I'm having issues generating summaries that go over multiple pages.

My current test is a series of floating frames with a header and stretched text. If the text goes off the first page, then a couple of things might happen. The frames might display only partial text, or be in the wrong order, but definitely be repeated. Though if the text is long enough, then it appears the system just keeps generating pages and the report never finishes.

Here's a snippet of the frame I repeat 8 times with 2 paragraphs of lorum ipsum text.

Figured out the issue, I had to turn off isPrintWhenDetailOverflows, then it worked properly. I'm new to JasperReports and am mostly just trying to get a feel for it
