rw-network
I can access tomcat just fine on localhost http://localhost:8080 but can't access http://localhost:8080/jasperserver after upgrade. Utilizing the following guide:http://community.jaspersoft.com/documentation/tibco-jasperreports-server-upgrade-guide/v630/upgrading-37-61-63 tomcat & postgres services are running, also restarted server to troubleshoot as well. When following: If you made modifications to the original JasperReports Server application, JasperReports Server 6.16.3 for example, these configurations are typically found in the WEB-INF/applicationContext-*.xml set of files. You'll need to manually copy configuration changes, like client-specific security classes or LDAP server configurations, from your previous environment and integrate them with your upgraded environment. Where do you place those files as there is not an apache-tomcat under the c:jaspersoft directory. If this isn't the issue...please explain in detail haven't worked w/JasperServer. Thanks much! elizam
So the basic steps are:Install a new serverExport the repo from the old serverimport the repo into the new serveradd any customizationsWhere did it break? When you first installed the new server, were you able to access it and it only broke after upgrade? Or is the problem in the install step? rw-network
Not a new install, this is an upgrade from 5.0 to 6.3 and was working before upgrade. Exported repo and upgrade was "successful" I can't connect to localhost jasperserver

hozawa
If you are using Tomcat as your application server for JasperReports Server, there should be a directory containing Tomcat files.By default, it's under apache-tomcat where you've install JasperReports Server.
