How to Connect to SQL CLOUD AZURE?

I'm able to connect to a SQL SERVER instance with no issues but when I try to connect to our SQL SERVER in the CLOUD (I believe its AZURE??) ...I am able to "setup" the connection and when I hit the TEST button I get the SUCCESSS and OK.

However, when I go to create the Dataset using a SQL QUERY... I get an error.

Also, while I'm in the process of setting up the Dataset, I can tell it is not accessing the SQL CLOUD because I can't see any tables listed out to the left in my screen. It just doesn't seem to be accessing the actual data tables.....???

Any ideas on what may be the issue?
